How do I place a return or exchange?
We’re sorry you didn’t love your Woman In Disguise ready-to-wear hair. Please reach out to Support@WomanInDisguise.com with your order number and the products you’d like to exchange or return.
You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Email us at Support@WomanInDisguise.com and we’ll help you place the return.
All returns must be processed within 15 days of you receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Signs of use, wear, including the application of styling products on wigs will make items ineligible for refund or exchange. Please note that sale, clearance and reduced-price items are final sales.
We provide a wig cap in each shipment for use when trying the wig on for hygienic purposes. This helps to maintain the product’s eligibility for return. Use it with our compliments.
Refund and Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will also notify you of the eligibility of your return. If your return is not eligible for return the item will be returned at your cost.
For exchanges, if your return is eligible, then your exchange will be processed, and we will ship the exchanged item back to you. Shipping times are subject to product availability. Our goal is to ship your exchange with 72 hours of eligibility acceptance.
Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days from receiving your return. Typically, financial institutions will process within 3 to 9 business days. Please note: your financial institution may have a delay in processing your credit back to your account.
